We want you to love your purchase! If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in its original and unused condition with an RMA within 30 days of your order for a full refund.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% handling fee plus the original shipping and handling fee of 9.99
If your item appears to be defective, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the product. We may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process.
Defective items can be returned within 30 days of your order — for a full refund or replacement.
All returns are required to go through our Returns Management System and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). To create an RMA, send us a message using this form and in the message include your order number and mention ‘return request’.
If you checked out ‘as a guest’, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you create an RMA and email it to you.
Ship the item, along with the generated RMA to the address on the RMA.
For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.
Please send back the product with all items that come with the package. Once the return is received in our warehouse and inspected we will issue a refund. Anything deemed as purposely damaged/foul play, a fee will be deducted from the refund.
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
